@WannaExpressYourSelf well i meant its naturally occurring in the tea and coffee itself. there are several foods where it is natural to it. sodium fluoride is the dangerous component, calcium fluoride is natural, but both calcify the pineal gland and collect in the joints etc.

Ha, I'm fine then lol I don't eat cereal, I don't drink beer, I don't drink tap water, and if you call a sport drink juice well I'm guilty of that, but I don't drink soda and haven't since the 2nd grade and I'm in my 20s'. I also don't in take a lot of red meat or greasy or fat foods or anything with too much seasoning. I think if you watch your health and look at labels you wouldn't be fooled as easy into taking or consuming the wrong things. Its all about reading the small print on labels.
