i just bought this game and just like f1 2010 the game just keeps crashing most of the times, when i finish a race or just before the race, sometimes even after i login to Windows Live. The screen just freezes and i can only exit with ctrl+alt+del. I also play online and it's happening this a lot, what can i do? @youngstunner27 GP4 is better game in so many ways. Damage, you can watch replays from other cars perspective and so on. A proper F1 game needs to have proper damage. Crashing is a huge part of racing, for many it is the reason they watch it.

But saying many watch F1 just for the crashes is a hard one to swallow, since nowadays pilots and engines are so good that you barely see any crash past the first turn of the first lap. True F1 fans appreciate pit stops just as much...

There's a HUGE BUG. When playing career at some or the other point when launching your game - .exe stopped working - error occur. It's not only annoying, but the saved game gets damaged ass well. Re installing the game doesn't help, but deleting your save game does. As for the graphics... don't be fooled by this video (Which is awesome by the way). The in-game graphics SUCKS. Open any pssg file with photoshop and have a look for yourself. Compared to F1 2010, this game looks bad.

This game is utter rubbish. The timing in practice and qualifying is based on Code Master's fictional plans to make your fingers cramp more by pushing you beyond insanity. Rookies into F1 please refrain from buying this game cos you'll break the disc from frustration. I cannot find anything that is realistic besides the graphical attempt of racing in rain and the handling. Open to future improvements from code masters, just don't make anymore shit that cost a bomb out of our precious salaries

@DoomDX7 I'm not sure abt the game, but in real life there is no safety car in practice and quali - just red flags. In quali the timer gets paused and everyone goes in for a red flag, in practice everyone goes in to the pits but the timer isn't paused

@uprighttt They have made the game more realistic by adding safety car and applying most of the F1 rules in the game,Switched to pirelli tyres. Added KERS and DRS to make it more interesting.I think they have made efforts to improve the game by using there brain.

@MarvellousMilo sooo true..like the car handles so different to 2010 as u gotta be much careful like u cant really attack corners aggressively like you could in 2010 as if you did it on 2011 you spin off..but after a few gos i managed to get the grips to it as wen u finish a race you feel like you really deserved that win..plus i like how challengin the AI is how they attack you and defend their life..1st time in a while i felt pressured to defend against an AI..love the game :D
