i was there when the tsunami hit, lost my best friend Piers Simon but 4 of us survived. We have been running the pierssimonappealorg ever since and have done some fantastic work on phi phi. It was a terrible day for millions but life goes on!!!!

i was in the exact place where this viseo was taken last january 2007. I must admit it kinda gave me goose bumps knowing that a lot of people died after the tsunami hit this lovely place. But if I were to be asked, i think they have recovered already. Place is still beautiful as it was before.

It is. It shows before and after tsunami footage of Phi Phi. That was also where the movie 'The Beach' was filmed. Still a beautiful place but haunted from tragedy.
