Windows XP - How to use nLite for maximum performance

What did you do on this tutorial and what did you remove? Whats going to be different to a regular installation of XP?

basically its stripping all the crap you dont need out of the installation and optimizing it for max speed. changing stuff like black background and classic look ditches the heavier theme and uses a basic one ... therefore making it speedier. also removes restrictions on stuff like min memory for installation on older machines. otherwise not alot will be much different and should be able to use it like any other regular xp installation, just with a few mods.
