What do you mean by better? (Don't worry, not a rabid fan attack! >.>) Her English is coherent, she comprehends what's communicated to her very well and responds accordingly with complete flowing sentences. (As opposed to saying 'uhm' every other word, pausing, forgetting words..) Still has that accent followed with the incredibly hilarious chingify-ing of some words, but it's understandable.
