My words were intended to encourage ppl who live in districts where voting is unclear or corrupt to push for mail-in ballots that are far more accurate and honest. I expressed no idea or belief. But since you asked: the "new black panther party" does not concern me a bit. Nor does any other party.
Look up DEMOCRACY (or don't they have dictionaries in trailer courts) for a better understanding of the country you live in - and maybe you should... no, I don't want to ruin the surprise!
