  • Awesome performance!

  • Massive Attack - Inertia Creeps

  • red hot bloody WOWSA'......XX J.

  • "Inertia Creeps" by Massive Attack--love the song, and the sword dance is amazing! No one does it like Romka!

  • "Interia Creeps" by Massive Attack

  • That's got to be one of the best sword dances I've ever seen, hands down! Way to go!!!

  • wow Romka brought it and blew it away! i love the sync between the song and the movements its magic when performers do this. this is a popular song but they def. brought it to another level.

  • I've been dancing for more than 10 years, and that was the best sword performance. Exactly what I always envisioned a great sword routine to be.

  • I agree it's fantastic, the song is by Massive Attack - Inertia Creeps.

mavibellydance, it's good manners to credti the artist when you use one of their songs... By the way you guys are awesome keep up the good work....

  • OMG, I was going to dance with my sword to the same song! It's "Inertia Creeps" by Massive Attack. I think it's available either in Massive Attack's "Mezzanine" album, their Greatest Hits, or the OST of "Stigmata".

Gaaah, I can NEVER outdance you! Way too cool!!!

  • Absolutely mesmerizing! This is by far the best sword choreography and dance I have ever seen. I love how you interpret the music. Such a polished and professional piece of work! I agree with all the comments here. You two did an awesome job with this!

  • The song is by Massive Attack "Inertia Creeps" It is in the credits at the end of the video

  • Inertia Creeps, Massive Attack - Mezzanine

  • The song is Inertia Creeps by Massive Attack. I saw Mavi perform Saturday night and she was awesome!

  • yes guys, what song is that??? this video is super!!!

  • Romka, you two are by far and away the best sword performers I've seen. I took you workshop at Spirit of the Tribes and loved it. Thank you for a wonderfully composed choreography.

  • It is called "Inertia Creeps" by Massive Attack. Lovely song, one of my favorites.

  • I agree with Aradia completely--I really appreciate that you work so well with the overall composition, visual and movement of the piece. So many sword dances end up just a series of "stupid human tricks" with a few balances, swishes and poses. This really flows and is actually a DANCE. Most of the "tricks" are so smoothly imbeded you almost don't realize they're happening until they're well underway. Bravo! Good skills, great character!

  • Hear hear! What she said! I'm mesmerised... moved... and inspired by the bar being set so high. Congratulations on such amazing work xox

  • well said

  • I'm the nerves to see this video, wonderful coreografia.Me charm

  • absolutely amazing, blows me away!!

  • Wow!!

What's the name of this song?

    Thanks

  • Lovely work, ladies!! I've long been a fan of that song, so I was hooked at the first note n' sword swish. :D Wonderful intensity, passion and choreography! ^_^ Just booful!

  • You guys are awesome!!! This performance totally kicks butt!!!

  • Wow

  • That is so hot! Thanks for posting this to me! It's so refreshing to see some actual skill and thought going into sword dancing. Too many dancers do the obligatory head and swooshing only. This had me gripped from start to finish! xx Aradia

  • I really loved this , your dance was awesome graceful and warrior at the same time!

  • Wowzers! This is amazing!!!

  • You two are really good. You seem to have an instinctual sense of the swords' placement.

While your balancing skills are amazing, it's nice you didn't neglect the sword's capacity for framing - something which you two do beautifully.

  • This is so good! Very good choreography and great dance.

  • I really enjoyed this!

  • VERY impressive! You two work so well together! Especially when swords are involved =D
