i had this somewhere around 2003, my father was an avid player of eq on the computer and the GM's asked him to try the beta out since we had just gotten a ps2. i always thought it was pretty cool and i still have the disk that says eq online BETA on it... it's pretty cool, but i never had internet on the ps2 lol

Yes PS3 NEEDS EQOA 2, it plays eqoa with faster load times and smoothed graphics ,but it needs dual class and ws from FFXI, good but flawed game, also the auto loot mechanism

Dual Class is a bunch of bullshit IMO. They would never add that anyway because... why would someone like SOE need to ruin the EQ name even more like that?

@ExtremechaosPovar Wow more lame ppl everywhere who don't play pen & paper RPG's and know nothing but voice there lame opinions (humans split class elfs,dwarfs dual class) this doesent mean a warrior/healer don't need a dedicated healer in party.

I miss this game... many memories from stayin up til 6 or 7 in the morning doing quests and xpin. Great stuff.

I used to play this game all the time, but now I have xbox live, I wish this game would come out for xbox 360, that would be killer!! With all the better graphics and new features, Ever Quest Online Adventures on the xbox 360, come on sony, sell it to microsoft!!!
