from the movie the life of eddie duchin this another romantic song with tyrone power and kim novak from 1955 truly the americans have this feeling to compouser and written good music thank for up load
So rarely do they write songs like this any more. (Bad grammar, but you know what I mean.) This music has everything, sentiment, sincerity, and a reason to be written; namely Love. Without it we are finished.
You're my everything underneath the sun . . . You're my everything rolled up into one . . . You're my only dream my only reality . . . You're my ideal of a perfect personality . You're my everything . . . Everything I need . . . You're the song I sing and the book I read . . . You're a way beyond the reef and just to make it break . . . You're my winter summer spring my everything .
Here Are The Words.....Your My Everything Underneath The Sun .....Your My Everything All Rolled Up In One......( Trying To Remember The Rest of The Words )
could someone who remembers add the words please? I remember you're the song I sing and the book I read and winter, summer, spring but seem to be having a senior moment as to the rest...thanks!
What a beautiful way to spend an evening listening to the piano playing of Carmen Cavallaro; his fingers flew over the keyboard so effortlessly; he was an inspiration to all who would be transcended to another world while listening to his beautiful playing.
the greatest pianist who ever lived-- and overlooked, his technique on the piano and touched the melody likenoother befor him--- or afer mr cavallaro-- inever forgot thankyou for the beauty you revealed. thank god i was born in an era of great music
my favorite movie along with GONE WITH THE WIND...those were the days when leading men were unbelievably HANDSOME....no one compares to Tyrone Power and Clark Gable.....but the music in this movie is just awesome. Thanks for posting.
You simply do not hear this kind of music anymore. Thank God i was born when this was the music normally heard, and that my parents played it often. Serious stress reliever and great to dance to. I was born in 1957 when this music was in it's prime. It should come back.
Lindaaaa! inesquecivel! Carmem Cavallaro um dos últimos pianista floreadores, o saudoso Pedrinho Mattar tocava neste estilo, uma pérola da música internacional
A million Thank YOUs and a Gazillion STARS for this song and that Fabulous picture. I fell in love with this song when I first saw the Eddie Duchin story and have been searching YOU Tube. The most ROMANTIC SONG that was every written.
Sigh. I am in PARADISE! I know when I get married this will be MY SONG! :-)
this is very nice! by the way! am 26 and i love "jazz, classics, easylistening, rock, pop, disco,.... :" and alot! i really hate it when someone says "born in the wrong era" honstly its not like you're gonna scream "I LOVE YOU EDDIE!" "MARRY ME" no! THEY had class and dignity back then ... am not saying we lack that, its just a time diffrence! i love them and do not wish to change my era! i have loved ones here! (jeez its not like they created a time travling gizmo!"
La maravilla pianística es escuchar al incomparable Carmen Cavallaro en esta preciosa canción titulada " Eres mi todo" (You´re my enerithing). Es música que lo sume a uno en una incomparable placidez.
I have been waiting FOREVER for this song. It is so EXQUISITE and so ROMANTIC. A gazillion STARS for you bunoy for posting it and a gazillion SMOOCHES to Bobchai for sending it to me.
I just love this music and this song I could listen to it forever. It is so romantic and relaxing. Thank you soo much for all the youtube music and I noticed that you have Jonie James on here what a treat. Thanks again.
Such a beautiful melody played by one of the finest pianist's of our day. A superb talent and I had the pleasure of seeing him 'live' years ago. A treasured memory.
Absolutely lovely song, and the words are breath taking. I can't imagine anyone feeling that way about me but I'd not mind if someone did. Thanks for this upload, it was featured in a very nice and tender movie starring two of the best actors in the business, Tyrone Power and Kim Novak, Tyrone died not too long after making the film but as far as I know Kim still lives down in Monterrey, CA
To 78timothy: and his arranger was Morris Stoloff, the orchestra is directed by him in the melodies with complete instrumental perform. The arrengements for the melodies without orchestral perform are of his own. Nothing to do with Eddie Duchin player who was less techinique than him. Cavallaro was great with my 26 years old I love him .n. his music. yessi
There is a great deal of Cavallero's work available on Decca (MCA). Never heard a bad one. His society band sound is incredibally lush. Who was his arranger?
I just love Carmen Cavallaro style and Tyrone Power did a brilliant job in the Eddie Duchin Story, I still play it on my vinyl, oh my , they just don't make them like this anymore.....how sad
I love this song so much that I play it each day. Carmen was so brilliant on the piano. How I wish there were more of his audios. I'm so glad I saw him in person many years ago.
The more I play this audio, the move I love it. I also have the 'Eddy Duchin Story' on video which I watch occasionally. But it's so nice just to be able to listen to Carmen's beautiful music on YouTube. Thanks for including this.
What an absolutely lovely rendition of this song. I had forgotten what a remarkable piano style that Carmen has. Is he still around? Saw him years ago in person. He was great!
incredibly beautiful! Heavenly music that I can listen to throughout my day. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for posting.
