  • So rarely do they write songs like this any more. (Bad grammar, but you know what I mean.) This music has everything, sentiment, sincerity, and a reason to be written; namely Love. Without it we are finished.

  • You simply do not hear this kind of music anymore. Thank God i was born when this was the music normally heard, and that my parents played it often. Serious stress reliever and great to dance to. I was born in 1957 when this music was in it's prime. It should come back.

  • this is very nice! by the way! am 26 and i love "jazz, classics, easylistening, rock, pop, disco,.... :" and alot! i really hate it when someone says "born in the wrong era" honstly its not like you're gonna scream "I LOVE YOU EDDIE!" "MARRY ME" no! THEY had class and dignity back then ... am not saying we lack that, its just a time diffrence! i love them and do not wish to change my era! i have loved ones here! Thanks for this upload, it was featured in a very nice and tender movie starring two of the best actors in the business, Tyrone Power and Kim Novak, Tyrone died not too long after making the film but as far as I know Kim still lives down in Monterrey, CA

  • To 78timothy: and his arranger was Morris Stoloff, the orchestra is directed by him in the melodies with complete instrumental perform. The arrengements for the melodies without orchestral perform are of his own. Nothing to do with Eddie Duchin player who was less techinique than him. Cavallaro was great with my 26 years old I love him .n. his music. yessi

  • There is a great deal of Cavallero's work available on Decca (MCA). Never heard a bad one. His society band sound is incredibally lush. Who was his arranger?

  • The more I play this audio, the move I love it. I also have the 'Eddy Duchin Story' on video which I watch occasionally. But it's so nice just to be able to listen to Carmen's beautiful music on YouTube. Thanks for including this.
