I have recently found you on here Rama. I love your teachings. I have kinda felt like I knew what my purpose is, and I'm trying to fulfill it, but sometimes I feel like I need an assurance. As if I have uncertainties if I'm actually doing what my purpose is, because sometimes I feel so lost and lonely and I go through struggles and confusion. Thank you for this message, now I can connect to my inner power and discover the truth when I needed to reassure my true purpose in this life.

ok before watching this video I was really tired ready to get to sleep, its 1:36 am here but after doing this excercise i feel re-energized, that pressure you feel in your eyes when your sleepy disappeared ... I've been studying spiritual teachings from different yogi masters of india about different meditation techniques and mantras, and today I found you rama, and i must say your teachings are real profound and very true, I'm greatful that I found you today.

OMG! I never saw that before Sol = Soul. I do believe you're right. Many words/concepts are like that in the way our languages evolved, the clues are right in front of our eyes. Still I am trying to connect with my true purpose and I've been struggling with that for most of my life. I know I'm not the only one, most people are also in the same boat, so they focus on making money or soak up the premade McReligion. But isn't there more to life than participating as an economic cog in the machine?

I did just test this and I close my eyes and did what you said and I started to feel that happy feeling (kinda like when you get something you have always wanted), its hard to explain feelings but it was like I had an expanding ball of energy between my lungs. That was soo ... I dont even have words for it..

Wow Rama, TREMENDOUS! I could feel the vibration leaping out from this video while watching it. The people in the background looked as if they could use a little energy though, lol.
