  • good work here

  • o and my personality changes when i really get to jnow somebody

  • i have alot of personalities i think stuff before it happens but also i dont cuzz when im having alot of fun i do crazy shit,im emocional but i never cry , im very social but im quiet like i said i think but i also said i dont think sometimes

  • I want to be air so I can float arounnd.

  • I want to--with the stamina of a rabid dog--have violent sex with your cerebellums!!!!!

  • You should watch "RSA Animate - The Divided Brain". That is how the brain is divided, not as you described.

  • Great presentation! As a certified DiSC trainer with a decade experience of presenting these concepts, I especially found it interesting and useful. I'll have to dig a bit deeper, though, on all this good stufff... Though most of the stuff matches the DiSC (or DISC) theories.

  • at 2:15 i have math and science and art and music -.-

  • I'm a right brainer & a thinker.

  • It means ur an genuine individual....

Ur not alone take care and walk with god

  • i got intj on a personality test so what does that mean?

  • I don't like the word 'introvert'. Most 'introverts' are cautious, private, peaceful and admirably, don't jump to conclusions. Extroverts are bubbly and need to lwearn to listen, to think before they speak and not take so many risks. Personally I find the Hippocrates theory about the sanguine, choleric, phlegmatic and melancholic opens more doors than this one.

  • What a load of malarkey. It all starts with the "elements" and then he says "the simple truth" later. I think this lecture is based on articles from the non-refereed journal called Redbook.

  • This is hilarious... I've done this through work and this is a near identical replica to the Insights personality profile. It's a lot more in depth than a 10min video. We had to answer 60 Multiple choice questions and rank them on their strength of truth. The result was a 57page binder describing my entire personality.

  • Good theory video, I like the Hollanders Theory because it explains about how we change the way we react to a particular occurrence, to your colours at 3:20 I am teal (bottom) at work where in sports I am an extrovert doer. If im infront of an angry customer who is insulting me I am relaxed and calm when dealing with them (green) We all know Theory does not prove if one is correct or incorrect. Its an opinion which is popular/common.

  • @lilgit90 Also if i think about it in every senerio i have been in i am almost all of these colours if not all.

  • well ....somebody got a mumbo jumbo degree

  • I just love how all personality tests tell you the same thing. "Everyone one is different, no one is the same as some one else, but let's try to fit you into a specific category anyway!"

  • bollucks

  • @adam90876 I second that motion.

  • genius vid.

  • im teal blue and green always relaxed

  • thumbs this up if u think this is the part u hav been waiting for 4:39

  • Wow this is pretty amazing.

  • im blue :)

  • IM BLUE AND A BIT OF GREEN

  • @moonharpz321 that is me!!!

  • i bet im water!

  • I clicked on the link in the video description and think the test is stupid. What kind of leadership makes a successful business strongly depends on the kind of business. A manufacturing company might need a different leadership then a marketing company etc

  • I'm 33% yelow 24% red and 23% green and 17% blue

  • I'm like 80 percent green 20 percent teal

  • Blue

  • in 0:17 , as the primates grew taller it became harder to look at other's butts.

  • I'm orange and teal huh

  • I'm mostly blue a little bit of teal though.

  • both brains

  • So you're saying that approximately 70% of the population don't think before they act? They do things instinctively?

  • @wYeL333 In essence they act before a detailed plan is made. They will make a decision of doing something and then solve the problems as they come up. Similar to assembling with out instructions, they work until they need the directions. Instinct is information that comes from the below conscious and all personalities have this trait. but the blue have it happen more than the rest.

  • im mx of all 0_0

  • well done man, you did a good job on this it helped me understand better :)

  • This is very interesting.. I run my own business and my personality is similar to the red colour! ;)

  • The theory sounds like a heap of crap to me.

  • Wow it worked!

  • Don't bother with his website and the long test. The test is a SCAM! It gives one universal result to everyone. a waste of time!

  • Nope, it doesn't.

It gives another result to all people who i'm living with.

  • Yellow but im really not sure thats me

  • I think I'm somehow teal , green, red

  • This theory is interesting, however, you should know that the right-left brain thing is a myth. In fact, everyone uses both. The right/left brain myth resulted from split-brain research in the 60s, and is now largely rejected. People and their brains cannot be characterized or caricatured as right and left brainers. This generalization is now seen as a primitive form of simplistic labeling, or phrenology (which is a defunct science and has been for a long time).

  • @AmberJorr Study of the Human brain is still in its earliest stages of understanding. There is so much to learn and know in this science. And It is true that some have attempted to prove that right and left brain dominance is junk science but on the other hand many scientists today are still establishing the validity of the earlier research that left and right hemispheres of the brain have dominate capabilities.

  • The simple fact that personalities have been categorized into very understandable differences for thousands of years can best be described using the science of hemisphere dominances along with hemispheres having different problem solving methods. Yes the brain is very plastic and can resource both hemispheres for similar results but in the end research can not determine why the brain prioritizes a dominate hand nor can it establish were personalities come from.

  • @AmberJorr I believe their is some validity to RT brain and LF brain .For example when a person has a stroke...It will either effect their memory or there body control.

  • @AmberJorr Of course you are not simply either thinking with your left or your right brain. No one is a pure left brainer or pure right brainer, everyone uses both, but if one uses his left brain for let's say 80% and his right brain for 20%, this is usually simply put as though he is a 'left-brainer'. Which is a wrong statement.

  • @mojitobanana To say "left - brained" is similar to saying "left - handed", or the dominant side. It does not offer a percentage of usage but only dominance. If a person is 'right-handed' they can have a left hand that is quite capable of doing delicate tasks if practiced. The brain, if it is involved with tasks that require both sides, like a diverse job, in time both become more involved. Throwing a ball with either hand is similar, it can be done with practice. Yet one stays dominate.

  • Nice presentation!! :)

  • VERY GOOD

I DIDNT FIND MYSELF THOUGH :)

  • THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO

  • this was very interesting

  • very helpfull
