  • Nice interpretation!

  • Interesting interpretation :)

  • and for those who think it would be better if the tempo didn't alternate... Oh really? Does it make the performance bad? You're basically saying I like your interpretation---well his interpretation is "poor" rhythm. So you like the poor rhythm. Maybe it would be better if you never listened to it, but you did. Why not say... "I really liked how you played that." "I enjoyed the freedoms you took with the tempo." Then again... maybe you just shouldn't say anything at all.

  • We all know the drill about when or not the tempo should be solid and when we can move it. Different people want different things. From watching and listening to your video... I don't think the goal was a textbook performance. Let it live and let it be personal to you. If people think it would be better a different way... wtf cares? Live and let live... live and let die. So that's why I ask you what your purpose was. And that is only something you can answer.

  • i study music too and hear "it would be better if the tempo...BLAH!" Yeah the music says such and such a tempo... and rhythms and historians and all that is great and it has a purpose. But on the other hand... music breathes, it is alive and dynamic. Bach is dead. What purpose were you playing this for? Who cares about the tempo alternating or being unsteady? I care less about tempo and more about letting the music be alive.

  • Bravo! I love it!!

  • I like your interpretation, very beautiful and light. Though It would be better if the tempo wasn't alternating so much.
