No, you're definitely not to fast for me. I don't think any of us sign up for 4 tours of duty, for some war that we don't even belong in. That's the point. Point is Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11, had no wmds', and was not a threat to our national security. We've now lost over 4,000 soldiers, more than 30,000 wounded, and killed over 100,000 Iraqis'. But I suppose that's what they signed up for, countless pointless killings and deaths. Spread the love, killing 1 Iraqi at a time.

If they are there without a permit, or cannot produce one, that officer has a reasonable suspicion that they are inviolation of a law. A municipal ordinance agaiinst camping in city parks. Title 16 provides that with that simple reasonable suspicion, an officer acting under color of authority can require involved possible violators to identify themselves.
