AFTER Saddam killed those for which he was ultimately hanged, Reagan knowlingly sent Rumsfeld to sell weaponds of mass destruction to Iraq. He then LIED about illegally selling Iran weapons in the Iran/Contra affair, which resulted in the death of a million people - mostly non-combatant women and innocent children. Reagan terminated Carter's solar energy tax credits and his plan to end oil imports in 8 years. He heavily SUBSIDIZED oil companies that import oil, fueling oil addiction and WAR.
