Congratulations for allowing for the customization and not forcing the new interface layout on the users (something that Microsoft surely would have done).
I think Google and Mozilla should put their browsers together and make THE GREATEST BROWSER IN THE WORLD!!! So that way you get better security and customization [Firefox] and speed [Google Chrome]. The best of both worlds. :)

Where are the favorite boockmarks what were visible without pressing the bookmark button D: I mean those what should be under the URL. I think this new version looks stupid, looks almost like Internet Explorer or something. Btw when I press that Add New Toolbar (third last box at 2:18) and Done after that, it just dissapears -.-
@Nerte85 I'm assuming you're talking about the drop down menus. If so...
Go full screen, right click the very top and check "Menu Bar".
Also, if you're like me and you hate that they switched "Open in New Tab" and "Open in New Window" around, get an extension called "Menu Editor" and you can switch it back (or however you want it). You can do this with the drop down menu options as well as the right click options.
Try this (if you have already, maybe this can help someone else). Assuming you got your drop down menus back, go to "View>Toolbars>Customize". See how the [+] moves all the way to the right side? Drag that [+] all the way to the right of the address bar. There, it will transform into the real "New Tab" button. You can drag it wherever you want. Also, from here, you can move "Reload", "Stop", and "Home" back where they belong. :)
You change a big ass Reload button from the top left corner and you but a small ladybug size reload button inside the address bar. How the guck is that an improvement. Who took the decision to do this. And what about the Alert() box, it looks like an unfinished dialog box. The download manager is the same, the History dialog box is also the same. You stole pin tab as app from Chrome and the menu from Opera. Whoever is the Designer on the Firefox4 team, please kill yourself before you reproduce.
Thank you for putting the option to put tabs on the bottom. Some of us actually use tabbed browsing, bottom is much better for people opening and closing tabs constantly like myself who often have 5-15 tabs coming in and out. Also for allowing menu systems. Please don't get rid these things in future updates.
It's amazing but MAKE IT FASTER PLEASE! It's so great minus the speed now...I have perfect connection for everything but Firefox took like 2 minutes to open Google.com, I don't understand why. I really hope that increases.

Internet Explorer was made just for downloading Firefox!

I miss Firefox 3's interface. CTRL+E missing is lame, Panaroma sucks, tabs are kind of slow to open/switch to.

@Haukthefurry No, i want proper button. I have that [+] here in old FF and I never used it. I want button that I can place wherever I want.
I hate Chrome for this "super ULTRA light" design and I hate IE for it too. I want proper fcuking buttons on top so I can customize everything!

@dan79600 and @nowzadick The single-access menu was copied from early Firefox designs by the Opera team, not the other way around.
@greebat Yes.
@Rapagangsta It is the final version.

Is the final version already out or is it still Beta?

Well...as much as I love the idea of Firefox Sync, I cannot call it a success as half of my bookmarks vanish after a sync.
