Wow, the Timpani's and the snares made the music very tense. In fact that's something that's very much missing from these dramas. Thankfully Antenna TV shows this every day.
Ok. Here's some trivia: "Donald Chapman" is played by Don Dubbins (1928-1991) who played Pvt.Owens in the movie "The D.I." with Jack Webb as Tech Sgt. Jim Moore in 1959.
There wer a lot of guys like Siggy in the 1960s. The 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama ept. 15,1963 killed four black girls were committed by white supremacists like him. And there were those like Friday and Gannon managed to stop them and brought them to justice, too.
dig Bobby Troup in the shades... Get Your Kicks on Route 66....and Kent McCord.. me thinks the ciggys put Jack in an early grave but Harry smoked too, hmmm.. good series along with Adam 12, and Emergency... LAPD retired badge 714 in Jack's honor.... RIP to Jack and Harry
@rw5791 Few if any White separatists/nationalists would ever condone placing a bomb in an occupied building. Jews blew up the King David Hotel and they set off hundreds of bombs in Palestine in the 1930s and 1940s. They are the ones who invented terrorism! They project their behavior/actions onto others. National Socialists/Nazis are seldom found setting off bombs, let alone against buildings filled with children. Jews bulldoze homes and set off bombs everywhere they can.
@DAngelo136 Then how did it happen that the ATF showed up at the scene about FIVE minutes after the blast, wearing full bomb armor/bomb disposal armor that takes about 20-30 minutes (and assistance from another person) to put on. The live media reports also detailed that they were removing TWO bombs from INSIDE the building. How did those bombs get in there, who put them there, what about John Doe Number Two that was in the initial report? The guy with olive skin and dark curly hair!
@OhioGuy19 You might as well throw in James Earl Ray while you're at it. Bottom line: every one of those guys were in, around or at the scene. Oswald at the least, shot a Dallas police officer, McVeigh never denied his complicity, patsies usually pronounce that they are, both LHO and JER did just that. How do you account for the rental truck that was traced to him? You would think that at the least, if he were a "patsy", he'd be giving information about his co-conspirators in exchange
@OhioGuy19 for immunity;especially in a federal case with the death penalty, would'nt you? He had a measured I.Q. of 126, which is considered "superior intelligence". He wasn't dumb nor did he seem to be the type to be misled into anything. He showed no remorse, no regret. At the least, Oswald and Ray saw their victim; and pulled the trigger; McVeigh took the cowardly way; a bomb. A bomb doesn't make a distinction about who it kills. BTW, I put Eric Robert Rudolph in that category too
We lower our flag at half staff to the memory of veteran actor Harry Morgan best remembered as Officer Bill Gannon on the revival of the Dragnet Tv series. as well as his role as the fatherly Col. Sherman Potter on the long running classic show M.A.S.H. in which he won an Emmy. He's also known for his big screen roles in such films as The Ox-Bow Incident, High Noon, The Shootist & other movies. So long Mr, Morgan and Thanks for the memories. Harry Morgan 1925-2011 : ( ....
awesome show I grew up watching this show Harry Morgan was an awesome actor he may be gone but he will never be forgotten (1925-2011) R.I.P. Harry Morgan
This was the second episode of the "new" series (different graphics were used in the initial episodes). Other Webb "stock company players" [who appeared frequently] featured in this episode include Olan Soule {as recurring character "Ray Murray"}, Bobby Troup {who married Jack's ex-wife Julie London, with both later co-starring in his 'EMERGENCY!" series}, Ralph Manza, Val Avery and Bert Holland.
That was a hard-hitting episode. You must remember that these folks were the generation that fought the Nazi menace. And Joe Friday and Bill Gannon were the protectors of a fair-minded soceity -- it's really hard to be a Centrist in any age and Adolf Hitler especially hated the Social Democratic Party of Germany who were centrists. Adolf Hitler wanted the choice to be either his Nazi Party or the Communist Party. Neo-Nazis are real scum and they are easy to find on the web!
@Juliaflo Indeed. Dubbins appeared in several episodes of the series, notably the Harvey Forrester killer-for-hire episode and the episode with Ginger the police dog.

@DAngelo136 Anybody who thinks McVeigh had anything to do with the OKC bombing is delusional. He was a patsy, the same as Lee Harvey Oswald.
