I noticed Daemon bikes site is down and out of service and since they are I cant aske them a question so I will ask you you might know I have a felling its the carb. But when I ride the bike it gose as if it has all the power like it sould but then it bogs down as if the choke is on but its off almost as if it going to die but it goes but slow yet idles good any ideas whey I may be losing power. but some times it goes just fine I'm thinking on a new carb the cheap sucks.
the gears are rougher than a corncob as machined. Even though my motor is new this August I'm tearing it down this winter and doing a lot of finish work. Cleaning up all the flash from casting, polishing the gears and cluch parts and coating as many parts as I can with Techline Dry Film lubricant. I'm talking to a machinest about balancing the crank. I think the only thing Chinese know about balance is yin-yang :P
the noise sounds like maybe a spring in the clutch has snapped similar sound in a mates pocket bike and sure enough there was a broken spring in the clutch. hope this was helpfull
Yes I know the motor was not tight to the frame- I was replacing the ft mount at the time. The question I posted was asking if anyone else had had a similar NOISE ..... for those commenting on the motor mounts - whatever.

get that thing down tight man mine started to get loose and i wrench it down good, aint come undone since, seriously when mine got that loose it was screwin up the bike
I know what it is. the Clutch needs to be adjusted tighter. if u pick up the Back tire u will notice that it will spin. it's partly engaged and disengaged. u can already see the wheel trying to move in the vid. so simple solution tighten your clutch and it will stop. i had the same issue and it made the same noise

You must read the book how too install the engine on robbers.Locktight on nuts and the rear spoket with epoxy to center it.Grease the side the gear.
