Not for these lasers which are 5mW or less.

Looking in to the beam of any laser with more than 10mW can cause serious and permanent damage to your eyes.

@jigibao red is less visible to the human eye than green, that 80mW red probably looks as bright as a 15mW green.

You get an electric motor like a PC fan and mount the a mirror on the fan. The trick is to mount the mirror at a slight angle.

The mirror is spinning AND it is tilted which gives the spread effect.

We do sell the same laser, it is just classed as 3mW.

The average power of a 3mW can go as high as 10mW and you'll normally end up with at least 5mW of power.

In general for just a nice beam, 55mW. For burning ability, 95mW or 125mW

The mirror on the motor is at an angle so every rotation of the motor will reflect the beam in a circle.

They are DIY jobs. A pc fan with a mirror glued on it at a slight angle. Very easy.
