I think it is merely a tool. We must be careful not to get sucked into the tool and forget about technique. Also some of the early adopters would say be human, be kind to people (the web is still small).

I feel we must resist the urge to treat it like other media. Why slot regular adverts into Youtube. Why act like marketeers, conversation drives success. The Old Spice advert proved popular this year because it understood the meuim of Twitter , relied on existing buzz (celebs).
