i just hate how people say things like "cigarettes contain nitrogen, this is found in animal poop."(someone had said that to me when i was younger) in case you havent noticed nitrogen is everywhere our atmosphere is mostly nitrogen. Heres another one "cigarettes contain things that are found in rat poison" they are FOUND in rat poison it ISNT rat poison though. I think people should stop trying to scare everyone and just let them do as they please. They get cancer its their fault

Another issue is the fact that 85-90% of people diagnosed with lung cancer were also smokers although this information says nothing about second hand smokers, however with such a large percentage being smokers is quite alarming and it is better to be safe.

Why do we have to blame the Tobacco companies when it was whoever started to Smoke's fault that their smoking.

@TheKasabot First day was the hardest, by far. After that it's all willpower and having the strength to not give in! Your brain will try to trick you but you gotta ignore it. If anyone reading this is thinking about quitting--go cold turkey. The first 2 days you feel terrible. Nic withdrawal is the perfect reminder that those happy cigarette feelings are not real. Not everyone has side effects but I did and adding more chemicals to your body just makes it worse. Drink a lot of water, it helps!!

@Chuichupachichi The first 3 days are the worst. After that it's all mental. If you want to quit, you will. If you don't you won't. Simple as that. In a lot of ways it's worth it. You smell better, feel better, food tastes better, you have a hell of a lot more money. In some (small) ways, I miss it. Every now and then I still want to light up after a big meal. It's tough but hang with it. BTW, I gained a lot of weight after quitting and you gotta start exercising, which is a bitch. Good luck.

It's not like they carefully engineer cigarettes in a lab or anything; they just grow tobacco, add some shit that makes it more pleasurable (which they COULD take out), and roll it into cigarettes.

All the non-smokers who get off to shit like this are losers. If anyone reading this is thinking about quitting--go cold turkey. The first 2 days you feel terrible. Nic withdrawal is the perfect reminder that those happy cigarette feelings are not real. Not everyone has side effects but I did and adding more chemicals to your body just makes it worse. Drink a lot of water, it helps!!

@Chuichupachichi The first 3 days are the worst. After that it's all mental. If you want to quit, you will. If you don't you won't. Simple as that. In a lot of ways it's worth it. You smell better, feel better, food tastes better, you have a hell of a lot more money. In some (small) ways, I miss it. Every now and then I still want to light up after a big meal. It's tough but hang with it. BTW, I gained a lot of weight after quitting and you gotta start exercising, which is a bitch. Good luck.
