i have a hybrid build too, with similar mods on e85, i remember on 16psi low timing and rich a/f it made 320whp, i was like wow sick!, but after you start boostin past 20 the turbo really wakes up, at 22psi i made 420whp but maxed out my injectors, now i just ordered 1200cc injectors and going for 26psi, lets see how much she makes, i bet if you got retuned for 28psi, you must be loving it, this turbo is so fun!
