I heard their role in the film was supposed to be a lot more than what it was. But I'm still pleased with the fact that they were in a decent film!

Well, not a LOT more...we were contracted to film 2 songs total for Shopgirl, but you know what happens when films hit the editing room. We were happy just to be in the film with 1 song. Ben Lee was also on set that day and filmed a couple songs, but ended up being totally cut out entirely. Ashame cuz Ben's a great songwriter. -Russell (bass-Volebeats)
