People should realize what a huge difference it makes, when you are using pasta from Latini or Martelli! Store-bought supermaket brands just can't deliver the same result, really, I have tried them all!
Don't forget Faella, that is also a great brand with outstanding pasta. Maybe less famous here in the USA,, but really deserving more attention. If you like Martelli and Latini, please do try Faella next time, they will not disappoint you!!
This as well as any video with Chef Joe Cacace in it is a great video to watch when I'm hungover and need something to induce vomiting.
