Irritating imitation of harnoncourt with appropiate roars from the trumpets and timpani combined with soulless scratching from the strings . Even the conductors arm movements reminfd of the "Master". Well , God bless harnoncourt but does he really need this kind of caricature to follow him into old age? Mr Vogt is a delicate and sensitive performer but his habit of playing the most expressive high positioned episodes with a laid back watery piano while strong -arming the left hand irritates.
