Jason I haven't listened to the whole in-car film yet, but I am someone who has been inspired by you, and achieved the goal of writing a book. Like you say writing it all down somehow makes sense of things that have happened. Your thoughts of making a block buster movie in your book within your psychosis, is I guess common including myself. These psychosis, or maybe bad dreams I hope can and will be made into a real film, which will help other people facing mental health difficulties.
