It's from Powers that be, he is Theodore van Horne and she is Charlotte, the maid of his parents-in-law and they have been in love with each other for years. In this scene they finally have an evening together because rest of the family is at an award-ceremony. She is dressed up because she was supposed to go with them. The chimes startle her because she was also supposed to prepare snacks for the family to eat when they returned. I absolutely love this episode !
