I was born, brought up and educated in Singapore. Travelled, work and spent most of my time after completing my education in Europe. I am of Javanese descent and my grand farther and predecessors were from Joga and yet I've not made my journey to this mystical and elusive place. If God permits I would one day visit Jogja, the place that is always in my heart where my descendents originate asI will always be a Javanese.
i stayed in jogja for only one and a half year, but i miss this city much more than my own homeland. i have no idea how to explain my feeling to this city.
you will always love Jogja thru listening to this song. Even though I am not a domicile of it, but I always feel that Jogja is my home. I met my wife there and she got pregnant, after waiting for some years, when we visited Jogja. What can I say, I love this city.
