I don't really have extreme panic attacks, I just have little bursts. I keep fearing different things, as if my fears were phases, and I keep adopting knew ones and throwing out old ones. I fear that I will fear other fears. I don't seize up necessarily, and I can keep doing normal things if I start having this dreadful fears and act like I'm fine, but the truth is, is that it's just as bad as having a panic attack. I have surges of thoughts of certain fears that rush threw my head and only head
Thank god for you dr. carbonell! I am almost fully recovered. I have been suffering for 6 yrs. I've gone from agoraphobia to being weeks out from full recovery I'm sure. I haven't panicked in months. His book "panic attacks workbook" has helped me get my life back. Thanks dr. Carbonell!
I was in a classroom, I started having a panic attack. I looked around and everyone was like, dude are you ok? I thought I was ok so I lied to everyone saying that I dont take caffiene very well and I had a coffee in the morning. I really thought I was going insane and that my heart was going to give out. Everything felt like a dream, and when I tried to walk I felt like i was just going to become one with the floor, as if melting.
Panic attacks in activities such as eating, showering, watching tv - what seems to happen is that these activities require so little of your conscious, working brain that it's easy for your mind to wander, and if you've been having trouble with panic, it's probably going to wander to the subject of panic and possible trouble, even when you may not be paying conscious attention. Ditto for sleep, because your mind is not turned off even during sleep.
very interesting and true. im a 25 year old healthy male and i suffer from them but understanding what it is that is happening to you, you soon realise that it cannot halm you and it will pass as quickly as it comes. but with the attacks i also get feeling of unreality which is worse than the actual attaks, what is this?

Good video, I have suffer from Panic Attacks, GAD and Agrophobia for over a year. I know you are selling a program like everyone else, but it is still good to see someone actually providing some information in their video other than the "buy my book" cliffhanger.

I can not explain how a panick attack feels,
and I dont think I will be able to handle if I get another one, it feels readfully bad, but its good to know more people have gone through this too,
but bad at the same time.
