@MyUndergroundfloor Yes the voice-over guy has a nice complementary voice. I do wish I can see this without the explanation soon, but he is good I must admit.
The on-stage costume change is called "Hikinuki". It is usually performed by a stage assistant called a "Koken", which also brings fans and many other props to the dancers.
The on-stage assistant pulls out a few basting threads to reveal other underneath. And with the obi they have to have quick hands. Lots of practice!! ^_^
