Nullification has happened only once in US history. While Arizona wasn't part of the last civil war, I would highly suggest that the Arizona legislature take a look at the outcome of that war. The Federal government is going to win on this one.
If you don't like it, I would HIGHLY suggest that you begin a path to leaving the great Union. (Remember Republicans... your battle cry is "love it or leave it") So feel free to begin the process of downgrading to a territory, and ultimately secession.
Fairly unbiased coverage, I'd say. But AZ State Sen. Gallardo obviously doesn't understand state nullification, he thinks it's about nullifying parts of our Constitution? No Senator! That's what our so called "federal government does every day! State nullification is about states SUPPORTING AND DEFENDING the Constitution against the usurpers in Washington, DC! Also, what Kylee Gauna doesn't understand is that any Supreme Court Decision Arizona deems unconstitutional will simply be ignored by AZ.
