I subscribed to a site called Coloribus and downloaded it from there. The only other TAC film they had at the time was "Beach Road", but they might have added more since.
Oh, Coloribus! I used to download stuff from there when it was free, and they didn't have Tracy there at the time. I guess they found this one buried somewhere!
