Well Gohan is grown up so why he didnt used his SS2 form that he used against Cell when he was kid?Did he allowed Broly to beat him up on purpose?And it seems Broly had nor problem holding 3 kamehameha's.Trunks only created distraction which luckly for them worked.Hands down Broly is far different than them.Displayes superior SS power and greater melee strength than all of them.if he have had trained like they did he could have been 10 times stronger than he is now, or more.

Though, even if he had gone SSj2, I doubt it would have mattered because his power had deteriorated over the 7 year time gap from the Cell Games, due to studying instead of training. SSj2 T. he shows more character in his 15minutes of fame than most characters do in dragonballz that have a 10year character life span. Also he's more powerful than his two sons frieza and cooler so that's a plus in my book.
In all dragonballz is a very and i mean VERY predictable show but its still good because of the elements and twists that they bring to it. The only predictions is the always eventual winning of the good guys.

@borninthe90sdecade goku isnt boring if you look beneath the layers.he can get VERY mad (king piccolo, frieza). he can get very cocky (sending gohan to fight cell, all the time in gt). he can be smart (invented foot kamehameha and mssj among others). and he actually has negative development. we see him grow from an untrusting innocent kid to a brash young warrior, to a mature "soft" warrior to a bit of a cocky jerk who starts to not care if people die in his way because "they can be wished back"

his first form isnt legendary super saiyan tho, when your watching the movie and it does the flashbacks it shows him as a ssj1 and he's wasnt all big and buff, his Legendary form is more like an ascended ssj2 kinda like how trunks and vegeta went super trunks and super vegeta against cell
It is the legendary form, as it has limitless strength. The scale of his muscles is not an indicator to their form, but it's stated in the movie that he is in the legendary form by Broly himself and by his father Paragus, his power level rises constantly as long as he is that form. So why make another form when the original if help for long enough can surpass anything?

he shows more character in his 15minutes of fame than most characters do in dragonballz that have a 10year character life span. Also he's more powerful than his two sons frieza and cooler so that's a plus in my book.
In all dragonballz is a very and i mean VERY predictable show but its still good because of the elements and twists that they bring to it. The only predictions is the always eventual winning of the good guys.
Dragon ball is somewhat at times more entertaining than Z. My opinion

@borninthe90sdecade goku isnt boring if you look beneath the layers.he can get VERY mad (king piccolo, frieza). he can get very cocky (sending gohan to fight cell, all the time in gt). he can be smart (invented foot kamehameha and mssj among others). and he actually has negative development. we see him grow from an untrusting innocent kid to a brash young warrior, to a mature "soft" warrior to a bit of a cocky jerk who starts to not care if people die in his way because "they can be wished back"

he didnt die in the first one for starters dumbshit, he was injured and his saiyan pod brought him to earth where he was frozen and had time to heal. secondly he didnt fight 8 Z Fighters he fought gohan, trunks, goku, piccolo, and vegeta, of which vegeta was not at the same time, so your looking at 4 with one in between.

How am I acting like i know everything? I say one thing about how strong Broly is and all of a sudden I know everything? And he did not fight 8 Z fighters at once, if he fought all 8 at once then yea that would be different, but as i said he fought only 4 at a time at most, and lastly you're the dumbass considering i said from the start he's stronger than a ssj2 but not a ssj3

Broly never was given a chance to show any personality because they only have movie episodes and the fanbase wanted to say him kill, not talk. If you care that much about personality over the main premise then go watch Naruto or Bleach or some other shitty anime. Motivation to kill? He has extreme rage issues and the stupid crying set him off. Then again, it's my opinion, if you care so much that's great, I don't.

Broly is angry, throughout basically all the movies, the only time he isn't is when he's surpressed by the collar. Again, if you care so much about personality go watch General Hospital and watch one of the 3 hour long "fight" scenes or watch Bleach. Janemba is my 2nd favorite villain in DBZ. My favourite dragonball z character of all time is Bardock.......he's not the strongest in forms of todays standards of a "saiyan" but his spirit and personality is what does it for a lot of people, his emotions of loyalty and pride also attract me. my second fav is vegeta I don't have to

his first form isnt legendary super saiyan tho, when your watching the movie and it does the flashbacks it shows him as a ssj1 and he's wasnt all big and buff, his Legendary form is more like an ascended ssj2 kinda like how trunks and vegeta went super trunks and super vegeta against cell

It is the legendary form, as it has limitless strength. The scale of his muscles is not an indicator to their form, but it's stated in the movie that he is in the legendary form by Broly himself and by his father Paragus, his power level rises constantly as long as he is that form. So why make another form when the original if help for long enough can surpass anything?
