It's called Rockband 2. Just go to options then audio and turn down the vocal track all the way. I can tell its how you got this version, because normally both guitar parts are the same volume, as in rockband, you may switch from playing the rythym guitar to a small lead guitar part, while the rythym guitar's track volume is turned down, so you can hear the part you are playing, on this instance, the lead guitar.
