i've lived in philly for many years now and i can honestly say that i would have heard about this, as i frequent one of the other restaurants, it really does look real, but i just can't believe that i wouldn't have heard about this, especially since i love hearing about the crazy stuff in that area
I ran out of room when replying to killicon...if it is a hoax... it could have been pulled off by taking random video of these cities... adding the ufo and lightning effects for some and then adding the noises and conversations on top of the original audio if it's even there. I'm trying to find news reports about power outages, but if this were the real thing do you think they would even report those? I don't know I want to talk to someone that saw it and see proof of the power outages.

There is a UFO right infront of you, possible life from outside our solar system, you are recording this World changing event, maybe the most important footage ever filmed and you don't so much as mumble a "wow!"
I'm not saying the footage is real...however there's multiple angles of this being shot... in different cities by different people which make it harder to prove as fake....unless they all know each other... couldn't be one guy in all those cities. BUT... there is such a thing as video editing which just as easily as it can have ufo's added in....could film one and they can choose to cut out the 15mins of bullshit they were doing before they spotted it.

Anything that is made of matter has some gradient to its acceleration even a UFO. Someone tool who makes fakes however doesnt take that into consideration and we have something that feels fake, a trained eye can spot it. I work with motion for a living and I see this as 'not right' sorry

IF this is real, and there is really something in the sky, then why didn't anybody else notice it? At around the 3 second mark, those people appear to be turning around to see it, but at second glance they seem to simply be looking across the street. Why are you then the only person to notice it?
We may not know the acceleration, but we know that objects should shake with the movement of the camera, however the camera is somewhat still when this "flys away." So it's hard to tell without breaking it down in special software.
I don'[t think it is weird considering someone just shot a UFO from the same location 2 or 3 nights ago. check my favorites for the footage, it was posted by a guy named Skysifter.
I also think that considering that the FBI knows about all this stuff, UFOS, that they would want to protect their interests by keeping videos like this out of the publics hands.
I also don't hear of many people getting so scared by the FBI that they log out and don't want to come back to the internet.
I don't know about your friends experience. it sounds a little harsh. they came to my house for a ufo video I posted on Youtube a couple of years ago and they were very nice and all they wanted was a copy for "research". I don't think they would do anything to this guy would be my guess. because we are allowed to film things, but I'm sure they are upset about not getting the tape.
