What are the advantages of the BBK headers over stock? I may want to get a set also.

@robb15033 The BBK headers are a lot less restricted than the stock case iron exhaust manifolds.

how well did it drive with open headers? i read you have to re wire the pressure censer for it to run right

I didn't drive it around with open headers. If you did you'd have to get your upstream O2 sensors back into the exhaust.

@younkedjj i have a 99 v6 mustang and i had to drive it like 5 miles with open headers it was really loud and it misses real bad

i tested that little experiment with open manifolds when i was swapping midpipes. rattled the whole damn neighborhood lol gosh it was loud

Yeah it does. I wish I could have left it sounding like that. Makes the V6 sound like a V8. I just put an off road x-pipe on my 1998 GT and that does a really good job at making noise haha.
