I don't know why are you saying that HIM is pop metal, even Ozzy Osbourne likes them, they are real metal, if you listen real metal you would never said that HIM is pop metal...... This is not heavier than black sabbath or Iron Maiden but it's still metal and still a good band ...
Not everything in Heavy Metal has to be alway heavy just like pop not everything has to be shit... So just stupid people says something like that....
