@MetalManiaclml I believe that summoning bound sword in combat is much faster than soultrap, Just make sure that u have some magicka potions, hide in a tower so the giant that ur in combat with cant hit you. and u will level up 1 skill per sword, when at 50 u start summoning 2 swords per skills, and when at 60 it will take like 3-4 swords for ur skill increases. 40 - 70 conjuraion in less than 4 minutes

im pure mage and ive never really died, i summon dragon priestest and flame atronach, dragon priestest summons electric atronach and she does ice damage, all three damage types tears through enemies quickly, i play on master also, so you know it works, or just run two dreamoras, run 1 handed and healing spell or shield, hope it helps

here's a tip to lvl up conjuration,get the spell bound sword then go into combat with a mudcrab and keep summoning and sheathing the bound sword and you'll have conjuration at 100 in about 2-3 hours.

leveling illusion is really easy

just get the peerless illusion items and keep casting muffle (one hand, then the other, is fastest)

only takes about 1200 muffles to get 100 illusion. with enough magika pots or fast regen it can be done in under 30 minutes.

You can get dremora lords as early as lv 65 I believe. My acher got the senguine rose staff at like lv 25 so i summon 1 then pick off what ever i can before he kills everything. Do the beer drinking challenge questline to get the staff

@DarkReapersGrim It costs 358 magicka, and also, it does NOT require 100 conjuration. It only requires 75. And much, much less if you find the Sanguine Rose (a staff). It only requires you to be level 14 (overall), and it has 16 uses before needing a recharge.

Lol you are all wrong. the conjuring lvl required to buy the book to conjure the Dremora lord is 65, I bought mine at lvl 66.

Summon 2 Dremoras and give your follower a Summon Dremora or Atronarch Staff, Your team, even on master difficulty is....unbeatable....can even ram a dragon priest over like a truck. Happy Conjuring!

@DmaxxP4 1 dreamora lord kills anything on master difficulty. Maxed out illusion owns everything on difficulty. 2 dremora lords are unbeatable unless your completly stupid with your magic. Doing what u just said would make the game so easy it wouldn't even be fun to play. This game seriously needs some balanced. I hear people complain about how underpowered magic is. Well they don't know what they are talking about, maxed conjuration+ illusion is GAME-BREAKINGLY STRONG!

@goldsmith000 Try using a master lvl destruction spell on a witerun guard on master lvl. Master lvl spells are USELESS on this game. Illusion for example, dual casting mahem gets higher lvl opponents than master lvl frenzy. The master lvl spells for conjuration are usless too. You basically just said it, why have 2 death thralls when you can have 2 dremora lords? Why use a master lightning spell that takes 5 seconds to cast, when you can spam 10 chain lightnings in 5 seconds?(adept

@DJYC21215 Yeah well, enemies on master just have a lot more health to begin with. If you could spam firestorm on master difficulty all day, the game would be a whole less challenging. (but it should possible with maxed out enchanting - gotta double check).

Also, the whole point of thralls is to have stronger and permanent atronachs and zombies by your side. If you're a mage character who doesn't use armor, this is an immensely useful trait to have.

@DJYC21215 Also, I dunno bout you, but lighting storm (a master desctruction spell) is pretty damn awesome. :D If you have the perks and enchanted apparel to reduce the cost, master spells aren't useless at all. These things can be situational at times, and mostly depend on your build. For ex, if you have uber awesome heavy armor and weapons, you wouldn't need spells and thralls. :)

@goldsmith000 Without mods on master difficulty, without exploiting the game, playing the game regularly with no cheating whatsoever, master level spells are useless. Try using lightining storm when 7 drauga wrights come charging at you at lvl 50. In the 5 seconds it takes to cast that spell you would have taken alot of arrows and battle axes to the face. Try using lightining storm on an ancient dragon on master difficulty, they take down 600 health with their firebreath alone.

@DJYC21215 Yup, I'll admit, you have a great point. Spells can be a bad choice when you're fighting a whole horde at once.

Against stronger dragons, well, I often hit them with an all out lightning storm, as long as they are distracted (by dremora, thralls, etc). Otherwise, they'll just one shot me, like you said. (reason being, a dragon's breath depends on its magicka pool, and once lightning attacks deplete it, they can do nothing but melee). And yeah, I don't use cheats, exploits, etc. :)

Dremora Lord is cool but for Atronachs you can get perks to make your atronachs more powerful, last longer, and have two of them out. So wouldnt having two Atronachs be better than having one Daedra?

And what is the best Atronach to get? Right now the only one I have is Flame. I think that the Storm one is the best because the Ice one only uses melee.

@AndroxineVortex You can also summon two dremora lords. Twin soul perk works for all conjurations. They can quite easy take down a dragon by themself, very OP and takes all the fun from you.

@AndroxineVortex TBH Dremora Lords are extremely OP. They can pretty much solo anything, they can be beaten though, Trolls, 2hr NPC's and Some mages can down them pretty quick if they can't down them pretty quick lol. They are pretty weak to poisons too. However all said and done, if they die, whatever killed em is either dead or as good as, plus you can easily just resummon them instantly anyways lol. Dremora fucking lords for the mother fucking win!!!

fuck, i just beat the quest to get thralls and i got all 3 atronach thralls.. but the cheapest one is the flame thrall it costs 564 magicka to cast and i have a total of 300 at full..

@UnGodIyElite Yeah, I use it all the time, I use an Antronach or a Dremora to tank them whilst I kite with the bow :) you can buy the Bound Bow spell tome from Phinis Gestor at the Mage's College in Winterhold after you reach level 50 in Conjuration. The damage of the bow scales with both Conjuration and Archery, so you can get a pretty powerful bow! Arrows aren't necessary, as using Bound Bow spawns 100 Bound Arrows, but you can use your own if you want, and you can still apply poisons.

@JofOblie Yea i agree, also just a tip: if you put the absorb health enchantment on ANY weapon, its amazing lol. i pwned a elder/ancient dragon with a iron absorb health enchantment it was pretty sweet, its by far my favorite enchantment. get 100 enchanting and put soul trap on your weapon along with absorb health and its amazing, fills the soul gems to power your weapon, while boosting your health amazingly
