Actually that's scars own vintar he dropped it during the large emission I kept that one only and fully upgraded it

You'd better sell this one to the trader. You won't be able to find ammo for the Vintar till you reach the Garbage (and even there is pretty scarce).

Once you go to Agroprom you'll find plenty of Vintar rifles and ammo, but till then it's pointless to keep any.

mn selling anomalyes and making some work there isnt any other "legal" way. i usually sell a lot of weapons obviosly i dont have to much equipment try using only 3 weapons max, 5 grenades and a lot of bandages. thats the secret selling weapons try to dont have to much equipment and you will be ok.THIS WORKS BETTER WITH SHADOW OF CHERNOBYL...

You know the first cut scene where scar is guiding the scientists throught that exact area, and then the blowout he drops his VSS. Then later in the game you find that exact weapon, this one.

Frankly at the point I get that weapon and 100+ rounds the game is over. It's that easy, even on the highest difficulty setting.

The vintorez is a semi-only headshot weapon. With maxed accuracy you can deliver headshots at medium range with extreme ease. Sometimes you have to aim slightly above the head, but seeing the projectile fly allows you to adjust your aim.

No its not worth being repaired.First of you wont get right ammo any time soon and once you get , you get some rifles as well most likely.Stick with something else.Besides repairing costs 9k :S

heres a tip: Go to red forrest, meet the bearded man in the big tower near entrance to limansk bridge. Get a mission to retrieve an artifact from close nearby, when you retrieve it he gives you a super vintar BC with all mods, in return for the artefact.
