If you believe that there should me more transparency and that these cases should be handled in a civilian court, then your argument may have merit.
When a mother loses her son, there are no sufficient explanations. But friendly fire and accidents occur all the time in war or in training. Unfortunate but true. What to do with the young man that shot at the helicopter? Kill him? Put him in Jail? Are we talking here about justice or revenge?
Unfortunate but true is that there's people who think the same way as you. This woman lost her son and it is well know who murdered him with cold blood. This criminal piece of filth does not deserve to go out on a bail while being tried. This is the point. This lady does not want this guy to be murdered. She wants justice which last time I checked does not include setting criminals loose in the streets.
