He didn't "miss a note" he played a note to much when he wasn't supposed to thats why he failed the combo but still got 100%. Combo is when you hit a number of notes correctly in a row and he hit 1 note too much, which broke the combo but didn't ruin the 100% because he still played all the notes that he had too...

phx13balla i don't think he missed a note i got 100% in dammit on expert but with no fc like him because instead of 1 hit in one part of the song i did 2 so i had to hit the drum kit for e.g 1000 times and i did 1001 from that 1000/1000 right like him for e.g so

1000/1000 = 100% plus one more note
