This was about the time Popeye cartoons stated sucking...maybe not. It's whenever Chuck Jones or Hannah Barbara got a hold of popeye. Cause HB and Chuck Jones Destroyed everything they touched. making cartoons that were well made and funny into boring crap drawn by a three year old.
