was this on yestrdays train we did into Cheyenne I was on that train because I dont remember hearing another set of steam whistles yesterday at Sand Creek Jct and listening to that whistle on your trailer I dont see how I would have missed that but I was inside though and not in the vestabule.do you know what chime the whistle is on 844 I have heard 3 chime but i have also heard it is a 5 chime.I see where you were at I was on the wrong side so I wouldnt have seen or heard you unfortunatlly
@gaycowboy31 - The 844 wears a Hancock 3-chime whistle(s). They are swapped out occassionally and may sound a bit different but they are all the same type.
that was cool , I saw you track side when she went by, it sounded real good too
