Hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
i need advise if you work out in the morning should you eat something small before you work out and something after or do you eat after the work out any advice will be wonderful thanks
@majikmerza if you learn where to shop and how to shop you can afford all of it, been doing it for months, single income 2 kids here. :) don't shop grocery stores for vegetables, find veg shops (didn't know they existed until i looked and they are so much cheaper.

( but eat Enough of what a person at a certain age should eat) also Dont completely Cut Out Sugar and Junk. some of it Helps. A Child Does a lot of normal Exercises , Walking , Running , Bending Down Alot, so Hopefully this Helps you

Keep up the awesome work, I wish you would show modified workout for some of us with back injuries. Your workouts look awesome I just can't do all of them without further injuring myself. @Biodevilx well technically speaking juices are loaded down with sugar, lots of it! so insted of apple and caprisuns and stuff like that i drink water, vitamn water, and the crystal light fit stuff! cause there the bomb

Dont eat or drink those diet, just dont trust it. Eat any of those organics and regular food like fruits or juices.

Well.... Vitamin water also have sugars, there are many different kind of sugars.
look it up in the ingredients.
Sugar are everywhere and what annoryed me the most.
