  • @majikmerza if you learn where to shop and how to shop you can afford all of it, been doing it for months, single income 2 kids here. :) don't shop grocery stores for vegetables, find veg shops (didn't know they existed until i looked and they are so much cheaper.

  • Okay here's a way to Lose weight. do what a child does. run about for how long they do a day and eat WHEN they eat. ( but eat Enough of what a person at a certain age should eat) also Dont completely Cut Out Sugar and Junk. some of it Helps. A Child Does a lot of normal Exercises , Walking , Running , Bending Down Alot, so Hopefully this Helps you

  • @MariskaFan4Ever i was about to ask the same thing! i did my research and saw that regular cheerios (not sweetened ones) don't contain hfcs-i'm gonna make the switch to that instead-same calorie count but 2% dv of fat-so you decide which is more important to you :)

  • Thanks Jillian great advice, didn't know that tip about the vitamin c I'm going to eat an orange now and add those other foods to my nutrition intake. Keep up the awesome work, I wish you would show modified workout for some of us with back injuries. Your workouts look awesome I just can't do all of them without further injuring myself. I hope your or your staff reads and consider this thanks. :o)

  • Dont eat or drink those diet, just dont trust it. Eat any of those organics and regular food like fruits or juices.

  • @Biodevilx well technically speaking juices are loaded down with sugar, lots of it! so insted of apple and caprisuns and stuff like that i drink water, vitamn water, and the crystal light fit stuff! cause there the bomb

    Well.... Vitamin water also have sugars, there are many different kind of sugars.

    look it up in the ingredients.

    Sugar are everywhere and what annoryed me the most.
