You just build up points by doing the offers. For example, you can do an offer worth 70 points(70 cents), or you can do offers worth hundreds of points, which translate into dollars worth of things. Everything you do is up to you, once you know what you want to order, its just up to how much time you want to spend doing offers to get the points
