well i don't know about the guy below but i saw them, what, yesterday? and i have never seen such a high energy show, both the crowd and the artists. it was totally crazy, with this ridiculous mosh pit and the music was easy to fall into and get lost in on a hot summer day. just a generally fun band to go out and see.

@rewghob actually, for me, I can see the link to fever dreaming. For me, when I have had fever dreams, they've been concerned with space and proportion, or scale. Like my hands feel huge, or I feel disproportionately large for the space that I'm in (i'm not fat!) or that I am in control of something far bigger than one person could ever control. But I guess dreams - and perhaps more so fever dreams - vary massively from person to person, so maybe this vid isn't representative for the majority..

@cheapholiday - Most of the bands on SubPop (Mogwai,Fleet Foxes,Beach House,Papercuts,Thermals) sound very little if nothing at all like Dinosaur Jr. Also, I don't think Dinosaur Jr.(Mascis) has intellectual copyrights keeping other artists from using guitar distortion or feedback in their music.

A century later and musicians are still being influenced by other musicians is more like it.

For anyone who doesn't get it - basically whatever is in frame of the camera is the entire universe. As the camera zooms in everything gets pushed and bumped together until there is no place else to go - then everything that touches the edge of the frame gets destroyed. It's like if someone put you in a box that is slowly shrinking.
