I've never seen the "Maestro" before, but his advice is sound. There is just as much a learning curve to the purchase, restoration, and resale (I prefer renting in this market) as in any other profession. As he said in his first question, some that are experienced in the field can be "bribed" to giving up information, because nothing shows interest like cash.. also, not everyone is not storing up what they know in a vault, it's just tiring to give your info to every passerby that's interested.
