ya its a KA24DE V6... as for the muffler its all up to to you...

rofl no such thing as a ka24de. they came with the same v6 engine as the 300zx. the code name 4 the engine is vg30e single cam or vg30de dual cam or vg30dett with only came in the 300zx twin turbo.

i ment no such thing as a ka24de v6. and if your truck have a ka, i can bet its not a de. ka24de only came in the later versions in the 240. The d21's only came with ka24e single cammers.

im just going off of what the vin tag code was and i looked it up and it was a de.. but oh well it was a good truck and i miss it..

ya it should sound like that.. what i did was removed the cat cause there is no emissions where i live and new pipe from the downtube back and installed a wicked-flow muffler...

just tourqed up the torsion bars in the front and a add a leaf spring in the back... it is nice and i miss it... shouldve never sold it..

Just wondering the VG30E V6 motors have 2 cats i have a 95 pathy myself did you take both cats off or just one.
