Hey Matt, did you check in your tripod or carry on board with it? I'm planning to travel light to HK soon and was wondering could I bring along my tripod with a tripod that's just exceeds the maximum luggage dimensions allowance for my flight. It's like 65cm folded hence I can't fit it in my camera backpack and am little bit paranoid about how people gonna handle it if I'd check it in.

@holockcreateinc check out the first video I uploaded in singapore - I think I explained it there. My gitzo tripod fits easily into check in. I wouldn't risk carry on - they may say not allowed.

@thatnikonguy I'd love to see an update to this when you get a chance Matt.Have you gotten rid of the D3s and D7000 in place for the D700 and D3100/5100? I noticed in some of your recent vids (Wedding photog' series) that your main body is a D700. If so, I'd love to learn the reasons for the change. As always, Keep up the great work mate. Loving the videos and really appreciate all the effort you put into them.

@nytovaok516 Three amazing lenses. For the record - for me the 24-70 is King, the 70-200 is a sublime runner up, and the 14-24 is superb, but specialist.

I got it from Deal Extreme I think. I don't use them much any more though as postage is SO slow. You may find a local retailer depending where you are based.
