one thing i hate about tourists on sleds here in nl is that they will go about 30km/h and think their going all it can lol, if i were to visit another part of the earth that i were never to and rid a machine i never rid before, the first thing id do is see how fast it went and take a few jumps, my sled does about 120km/h on hard pack and its a piece of shit.... 93' Skandic ii 377
was that a vk 540 at 3:13? they are awsome skidoos. newfoundland has to be the best place in the world for skidooing!! CHEERS from the burin peninsula:)
Cheers Bigfoot ... the sliding was on the 17th hole at Humber Valley Resort. The Snow mobiling was near Hughes Point (between Corner Brook and Coxes Cove, for those that are not sure) ... and some pics were looking over "Old Mans Pond" ... The snow shoeing was on the "expansion area" (to the north) on Humber Valley Resort.
Its a beautiful area - with great people ... and yet to really be found be the rest of the world.

Colder climates provide a great evolutionary selective pressure.
All the populations from hot climates digress towards violence,stealing,breeding,..
I should like to move somewhere where altruism and solitude still matter.
