  • This reminds me of The Firm workouts I used to do back in my university days. Made me realize how out of shape I am today. Going to start up again. Thanks! Oh, and I think you're very good at leading a "class". Have you ever done it professionally?

  • Oh my gosh! I've run two marathons, 9 half marathons and four 12K's and any number of 5ks and this workout kicked my butt! Couldn't complete 12 reps of the exercises yet! Will definitely keep doing this. My next full is in five months and I am determined to improve my time!
